1. These terms govern your use of Yourmove AI and take effect the moment you open any page of the site.
2. By continuing to browse or to start a conversation you confirm that you accept these terms in full.
3. The service is intended for adults aged eighteen or over; if you are younger you must leave the site.
4. Every companion presented on Yourmove AI is an invented personality and is not a real person.
5. Portraits shown alongside companions are generated illustrations and depict no identifiable individual.
6. Conversations are provided for company, light entertainment and storytelling only.
7. Nothing produced in a conversation is professional advice of a medical, legal, financial or psychological nature.
8. If you are in distress or in an emergency you must contact local emergency services rather than the service.
9. You agree not to use Yourmove AI for unlawful purposes or to attempt to obtain unlawful material.
10. You agree not to submit content that is explicit, hateful, threatening, defamatory or invasive of another person’s privacy.
11. You agree not to impersonate another person or to misrepresent your age when using the service.
12. You agree not to interfere with, probe or overload the systems that operate the service.
13. Automated collection, scraping or bulk extraction of material from Yourmove AI is not permitted.
14. Text, layout, artwork and companion descriptions on the site remain the property of Yourmove AI unless stated otherwise.
15. You may quote short extracts with attribution but may not republish substantial parts of the site.
16. You are responsible for anything you choose to share within a conversation.
17. We may adjust, rename, withdraw or replace any companion at any time without prior notice.
18. We may modify or discontinue features of the service, in whole or in part, at our discretion.
19. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error free or continuously available.
20. Any paid option, where offered, is described with its price before you commit to it.
21. Access may be suspended or ended where these terms are breached or where use harms other visitors.
22. To the extent permitted by law our liability for loss arising from use of the service is excluded.
23. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
24. Links to third party sites are provided for convenience and those sites are outside our control.
